1) Complete the 2023 CCLL Sponsorship Registration Form

2) Email a high resolution image of your business logo to the Fundraising Coordinator.

3) Send a payment online at CCLL Online Payment or make a check payable to CCLL, PO Box 2074, Prineville, OR 97754.
